About the child:

• health data (e.g. allergies, restrictions)

• other information provided by the parent in the note

• relationship to the child

• recording and processing the child's application to the Pididomek kindergarten,
• communication with parents/legal guardians,
• possible reservation of a place or inclusion on a waiting list,
• fulfillment of legal obligations in connection with preschool education.

• for the legitimate interest of the controller (e.g. communication, record keeping),

We store personal data for the period:

• necessary for the administration of the application and possible admission of the child,

• however, for a maximum of 1 year from the date of sending the application, if there is no admission,

• in the event of admission of the child, then according to the statutory deadlines for maintaining documentation in preschool education.
